Shipping Policy
TeensVibe delivers to all addresses across Sri Lanka. A complete and accurate postal address is required to ensure successful delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
Our team works hard to dispatch orders within 24 hours. However, dispatch times may take slightly longer during promotions, special campaigns, or other high-demand periods.
Delivery is usually completed within 2–3 working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding mercantile and public holidays.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your package tracking details.
Shipping time is estimated from the date of dispatch rather than the date the order was placed. Delivery may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, incorrect contact numbers, weather conditions, fuel shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders will be packed and dispatched based on item availability. If a product is unavailable, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.
Store pickups and one-day delivery services are not available. All orders are delivered through our standard delivery process.
Our courier partner may contact you before delivery to inform you of the expected arrival.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If any items are missing from your package, or if any products are damaged, please inform us on the same day of delivery.

DELIVERY COST
Delivery charges are calculated based on the package volumetric weight and delivery location.
North and East – LKR 350 for the first 1kg
All other locations – LKR 310 for the first 1kg
Orders with a weight above 1kg will be subject to an additional charge of LKR 90 for each extra 1kg.
Cash on Delivery orders will incur an additional charge of LKR 40.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
CONTACT AND ADDRESS CHANGES
Delivery will be made only to the address and contact number provided when the order is placed.
If you wish to change your delivery details due to unavoidable circumstances, the request must be made through our hotline or by sending us a message via Messenger or WhatsApp.
Please note that shipping delays may occur when delivery details are amended, although we will always do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
Product changes are not allowed at the time of delivery. However, you may request changes to your order before it has been dispatched.
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, please contact us through our hotline or send us a message via Messenger or WhatsApp within 8 hours of placing the order.
Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Please note that only paid orders are eligible for cancellation.
