You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery for any item purchased online. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept exchanges for discounted or sale items.
You may exchange your item for a different size, a different color, or a new style using an exchange code.
Showroom exchanges may be available upon prior confirmation from the TeensVibe online team. The online exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days from the time the returned item is received.
