Returns & Refunds

REFUND

Refunds are only applicable in cases where the item received is damaged or defective, or the item delivered is incorrect. In such situations, return shipping will be arranged free of charge.

We aim to process refunds within 7 working days after receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Paid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer to the customer.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Refunds may take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

OUTLET EXCHANGE

For your convenience, TeensVibe may allow exchanges of online orders at selected retail outlets, subject to prior confirmation. Please contact us before visiting to confirm eligibility.

Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or style. Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Credit notes or gift vouchers will not be issued for online exchanges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All returns or exchanges must be arranged by contacting us in advance via email or phone.

If a returned item is not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to reject the exchange or refund request.

Delivery address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

If there is a price difference when exchanging items, any balance must be settled at the time of exchange.
